Summary of Terms

• Access is granted as a SaaS subscription according to the selected plan.
• Customers must use the platform lawfully and keep credentials secure.
• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled in time.
• Payments are processed by approved payment providers.
• Data protection and security follow GDPR-aligned standards.
• Liability is limited as defined in the contractual terms.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Knowmanity uses AI-supported features (including interview dialogues, automated knowledge extraction, and analytical/prioritization insights), primarily powered by Anthropic Claude with supplementary OpenAI models for secondary functions. Customer content is never used to train these AI models.

Results produced by AI features are suggestions or recommendations and do not constitute automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Final decisions (e.g., adoption of extracted knowledge content, personnel-related assessments) are always made by a human on the customer's side. Users interacting with AI features are informed accordingly within the application, in line with Art. 50 of the EU AI Act.
